Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in Ontario. As an HHA with Health Med Village, you will provide in-home care and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
– Monitor and report changes in patient health.
– Provide medication reminders and support.
– Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.

Qualifications
– Certification as a Home Health Aide or equivalent.
– Previous experience in home health care preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
